It's been a while, but a new version of alternate reality will hopefully be out soon in the library.
It adds another new race, and fixes a bunch of bugs and mistakes.

If you haven't tried Alternate Reality before, and fancy playing a game of GalCiv 2 with unique technologies and races, this is your chance!

Over 100 new techologies, five races, and the ability to create your own custom race and choose which technologies you want to use, so you can have your own unique civilisation.
There aren't a lot of flashy new hulls, but there is a lot of new content. Don't expect this mod to be perfectly balanced, some races may have an advantage, it's up to you to be aware of that and take it into consideration when planning your strategy.
