Funniest diplomacy screenshot I've seen in a long while!

So I load up a quicksave this morning to continue a Metaverse game using the latest version...and this is the first screen I see:

The thing is, I am the Free Terran Refuge of this game! So either the dumbass Iconians are telling me what I already know, or I'm trying subterfuge against myself...
