This games rocks! I was still playing moo2 off and on until GalCiv2 came out and I haven't looked back. I have no complaints about the game at all just a couple of annoyances. One is that my empire's production tends to be dynamic to suit what is happening at the time and it tends to get cumbersome to have to set the production on each individual planet to maximize my turns effiency. For example say it's peace time so I want these planets from this system to produce constructors and autopilot to this starbase and these couple of planets to produce large warships, and these to produce medium warships. Uh oh! War is declared. Now I need all the ships I can make but planets are faster at making capital ships and some have better population for making troop transports. All this takes time to do. What I would like to see is a way to group planets together and under that group be able to use the govenors screen so I can make mass changes to smaller groups of planets. Say I have two planets each in 4 systems making constructors going to 4 starbases. War is declared and now one of those systems needs to build warships and head to a new fleet waypoint. Instead of going to each one of those planets and changing what they are producing I would like to, for example, hit a button that says Hoth system and have all the options of the govenors to change waypoints and production. Or put all my heavy industry planets in a group, science in a group (they can make tiny ships in times of war), or whatever just so I can mass changes to a smaller set of colonies instead of changing all planets that are either going here or producing this. I don't know if this is possible but it would be nice if it were.
