Newly installed game and then the 1.3a patch applied....
I saved my game with my colony ships en-route to various planets. I then reload that saved game and they are still on autopilot and then press the turn button and then the ships are no longer moving towards the planets as they were going to but instead are on a path towards each other where eventually they converge.

WWW LinkI started another game and a similar thing happened with my colony ships becoming absent minded.

The above still happens with a newly started game using the latest 1.31 patch where the colony ships either converge to one point OR they no longer have the autopilot marking and so remain still and do not move when the turn button is pressed, the survey vessel seems unaffected
