Hello ppl

I am faily new to the game but I have played GC1 quite a bit and I got the hang of this one fairly quickly.

I just finnished my 5th game or so and my first with patch 1.3 final.

Unfortunatly being so new to the game I don't know if this is an ongoing bug or something new or if I am doing something wrong. (I looked around a bit but didn't see anyone talking about it.) Here is the problem.

I have started using rally points for the first time this game. When I change rally points for all the starports using the governer, I have noticed that not all starports get their rally points changed. Hence some starport somewhere in the corner of the gallaxy is collecting ships in port until it is full.

I seem to have one starport or so fall between the cracks every time I do this. If I change rallly points 3 or 4 times I suddenly find that I am running low on ships. It is a pain to go from one port to another one at a time to find which planets are not sending them out anymore.

If I move the rally point instead of using the governer to switch to a different rally point I seem to get the same issue. Not every ship or planet makes the change.

Any ideas?
