SHIP JEWELRY

Another stupid question but what exactly is the "ship jewelry" everyone talks about? Is it the extra components that you can add to your ship or something completely different? I heard the "jewelry" was only available in the collector's edition of the game but that it was included in the download update for GC2 1.2? So what is it?

Yes, jewelry are the extra parts you add to ships just for looks. The collector's edition includes more special pieces, which are now available to everyone. Check the Collector's Edition of the downloads page.

Is the bling a part of every patch then, or do I have to install the blingpack every time? Also, I have the ColEd so isn't the bling already in the discs?

There are no clear answers to this (that I can find, anyway) so maybe "someone", should enter it into the Wiki.

If you either have the CE or have updated to at least 1.2, you never have to worry about your "bling" again it is still there after updates.
