Stardocks - Downloads but doesn't install

Hi guys,

Just downloaded Stardock and have gone through the registration process OK...

The game and the multimedia downloaded OK but 'Movies' and 'Tutorials' will download to 100% but just sit at 0% when it comes to installing.

I've shutdown and restarted - the same thing happens - the download goes well but the installation doesn't get about 0%.

Could anyone shed any light on this one?

I'm pretty sure SDC generates a log with any errors, but for the life of me I can't remember where it is (or find it). Unforunately everyone has gone home for the weekend, so unless one of the SDC or support people pops on from home, you won't be able to get an answer on this until Monday.

In the meanwhile, you should be able to play the game without those parts, it just means you wont have the various little animations or the tutorial videos.
