Reducing micromanagement in large empires

Two functions needed

I hope the time for UI suggestions isn't over now that v1.2 is available for quite some time, as I have two more to add:
- make it possible to set the focus for all planets with one click (e.g. on the colony list)
- make it possible to buy the first improvement in the social production queue from the colony list (with a right-click, perhaps?)

I also would like some type of universal focus set -- preferably a litle more powerful than just turn focus on for all planets in this or that. Such as turn focus on in research for all planets where turns to complete current MP project doesn't change with focus.

If not something to turn on -- how about just a clear all focus button?

I like the idea of right clicking to be able to do buys from the colony management screen.

Would be nice to be able to rename planets with a right click on the planets name in both the colony management screen and the main planet screen. The planets name is the best place to leave a short note for yourself. Would be nice if I did not have to retype the planets name too. Also would be nice if I could place the cursor with a mouse click and if it defaulted to the end of the current planet name. A lot to ask for but heh that's the way something like that usually works.

A few ideas I had...

- Autolaunch feature to reduce rally clutter.
- Sortable rally list. On a gigantic galaxy, having to scroll through the entire list to find just the rally you want can be rough after awhile.
- A hotkey to lock & unlock a stack of ships together and move them together at the speed of the slowest ship would help managing those large fleets.

I'd love if these found there way into the game and wouldn't be difficult in my limited non-programmer imagination, heh.

Uh... use the economy sliders?

There are instances where the economy sliders won't do what one might want but focus will. For instance -- one builds no factory type buildings but builds a lot of NLCs and uses focus to get MP.

Not a bad idea because large empires do get ver annoying to keep up with.

I like the idea of more controls in the Colony Management screen. I use the crap out of it.

Don't know if it's been fixed, but hitting rally point on planet list takes ages, that would be nice to fix. Also show the rally points on the planet list.

Mostly I'd love to see the govs improved. Example would be to define sets of planets, and each set has a military project, rally point, and focus. ( lot more like GC1)

Also the social gov could have priorities. (upgrade/build the factories 1st, ect)
