serial number problem

I have tried a number of times to register my copy online
and get nothing but 'invalid serial number' over and over again.
The format is XXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX, right?
Well I've entered it both with and without hyphens and I still get the message 'invalid serial number'.
I can't even play the upgrade I downloaded three days ago because of this. Any suggestions?

i am also having the same issue, and i bought my copy from best buy. this is the worst registration issue i have ever incountered. i sent emails to the support staff and am waiting for a reply. if anyone else can help please speak your peace.

The SUpport guys seemed to have helped.
I ALSO bought mine from Best Buy. Probably not such a good idea next time I buy something else. Yeesh.
