Purchasing / Download problems

I purchased Galactic Civilizations II today online using a credit card and received the web page showing confirmation and the download link for the set-up file. When I clicked on the download link, the web page "hung" on me and the download never started. I had to restart the computer to regain control. I still have not yet received e-mail confirmation of the purchase and I am anxious to download the game so I can start playing. I cannot seem to find anywhere in my account that gives me the download link to re-try downloading the game. Please advise.

The download was most likely just for SDC, since that is the only means of downloading GC2 (there is no 'regular' link for it). You can get SDC from the downloads section of the site here.

If you don't receive your confirmation with your serial in it by tomorrow, contact [email protected], and make sure that the sale went through (and if so, get the serial). Once you have your serial, you just need to log into SDC (using your forum account) and register your serial to the account. Then GC2 will appear under the list of purchased products, and you can download it.
