Cant post game to Metaverse?

I just conquered a galaxy via a Tech victory, but the game does not prompt me to post the results to the metaverse.

I started the game while logged into the Metaverse, but had to quit and reload, though I did that with all my games and could sitll post them. Anyone know why this is?
