Background is yellow instead of black space /with stars

I just loaded this on to my desktop PC and the background color for space is yellow. I can move around wioth the cursor and sometimes it will flicker to black .. but theh I'll move a little more and we're back to yellow .. is there a setting or something ???

Post the contents of your debug.err file - located in the main program folder, usually C:\Program Files\Stardock\TotalGaming\GalCiv2. You can open the file with Notepad, select all, copy and paste it into the post.

It might give some idea of why this is happenning.
This kind of thing is usually old video drivers.
