Is there a resource where I can find out how to use mods that have been created (ie, where to find them, how to download, where to install them in my PC folders, etc.)?
I'm basically just interested in ship mods for Star Wars, and any mod that would allow using a photo (say, of myself!) for the Custom Race selection.
