Questions re: UltraSpices, FrictionlesClothing, HappynessCrystals, etc

Question about Galactic Accomplishments for Moral

When I guild a moral improvement Galatic thingy, does its affects effect all my planets or just the planet that it is build upon?

More detail:
I build UltraSpices (+20% to happyness) on planet Alpha.
In the Planet screen for planet Alpha, I click on Details or Summary and I see where the UltraSpices has affected the moral for planet Alpha. However, I do not see any effect on any of my other planets.

This leads me to believe that one of two things happened:
1) UltraSpices affects all planets, but the Summary & Details screens are bugged in that they do not show the affects.
-or-
2) UltraSpices only affects the planet that it is built on. If this is the case, then why would I want to build it when I could build a ZeroG Arena and get a much greater moral bonus for 1/10 the cost?

the spice wonder gives a 20% bonus to all planets. im not sure why it didnt show the increase in the planet itself. try hitting turn and then check again

If your subjects do not get happy fast ...
Then load thier butts on transports and ship them off ...
... to distant worlds to die for war and glory !!!!!

You know... that really does work. If you have a over populated planet (15
and morale is really low, ship 10 B off to fight and morale on the planet will go WAY up.
