Expenses - minor cosmetic improvement suggestion

This is more of a super minor cosmetic suggestion than a bug but would it be possible to create a null row entry in the expenses column for expenses taking up more than 1 line like 'United Plants: Starbase Tax' or maybe shortening it to U.P. Starbase Tax so the rows aren't all squished together. Also well done for the 1.2 patch it totally rocks, haven't had a crash since 1.11

I don't mod the UI for the game, so don't know. It should be possible however.
