I have Gal Civ 2 installed on an offline computer, so had to activate the game manually. The game ran fine as v1.0, but after installing v1.11 and activating, the game does nothing. If I use the launcher, the launch window pops up, but if I hit play it just closes and remains on the desktop.

If I use the exe, nothing happens. It doesn't even act like it's trying to start. I've reinstalled several times, and my debug.err has nothing of interest. Again, the game works fine prior to patching/activating.

Has anyone else had this problem, or has any advice? Thanks in advance.
