downloading client through sdcentral?

Is it possible to download the game client through stardock central?
because my cd is unavaliable and i would really like to install the game on my new computer, but I downloaded sdcentral and there isn't any galactic civilizations 2 download, even after I registered it!
is it possible to download it thru sdcentral?
