STARDOCK! HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Something is wrong with stardock central.

Ok this is werid. I want to download the beta and other updates. But stardock central deosnt seem to notice that i ahve galactic civilizations installed! I made this account with the serial number and now it and your site, doesnt even say i bought the game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT IS GOING ON????!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? HELP! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you also had the demo and uninstalled it after installing the full version, it will have forgotten the full version as well. You should only need to reinstall it to fix it if that is the case.

BTW: no need to reply so many times to your own post. It is after business hours in the US, so bumping your thread won't make it any more visible to the devs who are not even at the office by now!

I uninstalled the demo BEFORE installing stardock central.

just copy everything and put it in a new folder outside the game folder, then reinstall the game. Afterwards move the contents of your new folder minus the .exe file and it should work. Before doing that, check to make sure that Stardock Central has the "show beta" or something along those lines checked. If it isn't checked, it will not show any updates. Other than that, I'm out of idea's.

You should email [email protected] on this one. I checked your account and it has no product registrations (of course, if you registered the game under a different account, that would be why ).

Ok, i reinstalled stardock central and it now remembers i installed galciv2. Next problem. I cant register because it doesnt have my email address in your purchase records. Would that be because i bought it at a store? Yarlen, there isnt a registration record because i never registered yet. Thats why i made the post. To get it registered so i could get version 1.2b.
