GalCiv1 File Format Docs

I know this is the GalCiv2 forum, but I posted in the GalCiv1 mod forums a while back and I haven't gotten any response. I was hoping to get file format information for GalCiv1 so I can make some modding utilities and work on a mod Idea I have. Does anyone, like Frogboy for example , have the GalCiv1 file formats?

No one has these formats? Has the GalCiv1 community disappeared? Can anyone help?

As I recall there was already an editor, I believe by Hawaii5-0 (or something like that, don't recall his name exactly). You might want to try looking that up, or see if anyone still has it.
