Ship Upgrade button

Please add the upgrade option on the ship detail screen. It is nice to have the upgrade button on the main scren for single ships, but for a stack of ships, you cannot upgrade a ship. By adding the updgrade to the detail, then the individual ship in a stack can be upgraded. This reduces the risk of leaving an upgrading ship vulnerable to attack.

I would like to have a upgrade all ships of same type in a fleet. Right now, it's either do it one by one or ALL. But usually I don't have money to upgrade ALL, I would like to have an option to up just one fleet. Right now, the only way I can do it is to disband the fleet, move individual ship a space away, click on the ship icon again and then click the upgrade button.

wen a new weqon is research i usally design a completely new ship wiv the best new gagets n gismos
then i av to manually upgrade the old, inferior, fleet to a new model
it takes a min wen u av 9 ships

I think it would be nice if its changed i hope the modding community and the devs will get round to it.

I would like to be able to do simple things like lasso an area of the map and then tell the game to "upgrade half of all ships in each selected fleet of this type, then when they are done upgrade the other half."

One more "I would like to see ..." with regard to ship upgrades.

When you upgrade all ships of the same class, it costs much more than upgrading each ship individually. This shifts the burden from the computer to the human player to find each ship you want upgraded individually and upgrade it, rather than simplifying the process for the same price. When upgrade time comes, this turns the 4X game into a "hunt down each and every ship and upgrade it individually, else pay a steep fee," which takes some of the fun out of the game. IMHO this is penalizing the player for trying to avoid needless micromanagement, and I'd like to see this design decision changed for v1.2.
