Unable to install......

Cant get past disk 1

I just purchased GC2-DL last night from wallmart, have a cd key and all that. I went to install it put in the key, picked dir, etc, begain installing, it gets to 56% while copying gc2_intro.bik when it askes for disk 2, i put it in and click ok. I get an immediate error message simply stating an error has occured, and i get abort, or retry options. If i click retry it askes for disk 1 again, starts copying, then asks for disk 2, then errors out again, when i click abort, it pops up saying corrupt installation file and then exits. help..............

Here's a workaround: download Stardock Central, create an account and put your CD key into there and just install it from SDC.

im in sdc looking arround but i dont see anywhere to put in a cd key for a game

ok now i have the cd key registered, where do i go to download it instead of installing from cd?

nm i found it, got it installed and now dling the movies etc, so heres hoping that it plays now that its installed

It sounds like you probably have a dodgy copy of disc 2.
