i've noticed the issues with the blue/green icons, rally points, and constructors. i've been having them since the 1.1 betas. i agree that some of the things you've brought up would seriously improve the easy of play.

it's not just your use of large letters. it's also your diction and occasional use of caps-lock. here are some examples.

whether or not
you can use it properly is something they wouldn't be able to tell without bundling the game with an IQ test. hold on, these next few are, taken together, my favorites. first:

so which is it? i've met people with type-one bi-polar disorder who aren't that all-over-the-map. but this one kills me:

it gets me because it's the kind of attitude i have to deal with on a daily basis in my job. i think of it as "buyer's arrogance."
your post was described as a rant, and it was an apt description. you make excellent points, but they would have been better conveyed had you taken the time to do a few things. constructing sentences with clarity helps. using italicization to add emphasis rather than capitals is good too. i type in all lower case; it's an aesthetic choice meant to convey thoughtfulness and a sense of calm.
above all else, write posts like this when you're not still feeling frustrated. as much as you tried not to sound like you were typing a temper tantrum, i at least still felt you were. it isn't a matter of there being a right way and a wrong way to communicate. you can say what you want, but it's naive to expect a timely response if you haven't taken the effort to consider how the act of reading your words is going to affect others.

if i wanted to fix a problem i had with the game, i'd take the time to thoroughly document it, and then i'd send it to the game developer through the channels they've set up for just that. i don't have that much energy, but i definately don't waste the energy i do have to say or write things that are unlikely to accomplish my goals.
