Can anyone help me clarify what I can do with this error.

I have installed the game four or five time on two different machine. Unfortunatly or fortunatly my home computer have been upgraded I changed the mother board and the os a few time.

I am know ready to play so I reinstall GalCiv II again but I know get an error message stating the serial appear good but does not matcht the machind sid. What does it mean and how can I fix it ?
