I'll start by setting up the picture.

There is a starsystem with 5 planets, all of them are PQ 0, sitting pretty much alone in its sector. The system itself is surrounded by 4 races: the Terrans, Torians, Thalians, and my empire (there sure are alot of races that start with 'T'). Now, this empty system in not under the influence of any of these other races, for a couple of reasons, one of which is its remote nature. The other reason is why this post is being created. This barren, empty, 5x PQ 0 system is under the influence of none other than the Drengin!

The Drengin, who don't even have a SHIP within 2 sectors, much less a colony or starbase. And yet their influence is pushing back mine and the Torians influence (we are both 1 & 2 in the influence dept.).

So this has got to be a bug, right? I think I can scrape together a screenshot or two if necessary, is there any other data that would be helpful in diagnosing this anomaly?
