Anyone run across this? - Under 1.1 I find I can't buy myself a mining starbase regardless of what I offer the other power. No matter, but when I contact minor races, where a list of their stuff should be (ships, starbases, etc) there is only the scrollbar (functional) and nothing else. Yet the minor races do have plenty of stuff - it's just not showing up on the dialogue screen for some reason.
