Events

I need 1 of two things

1) Your favorite event message
and
2) How often you get events

My favorite event is when you have the capture sphere game (reminds me of pokemon, but more sinister and with rabies)
but, i cant get events unless i use ctrl+shift+e (or maybe thats the reason why i dont get events?)
