I just had an idea with ship designs and the new tech that you aquire.

Is it possible to make it so that the designs you have get automatically upgraded to the best of whats available?? (ie. like the colonies upgrading the old buildings with the upgraded ones)

All it would do is upgrade the ship designs as soon as the tech becomes available, all you gotta do is just upgrade the ships.

I just get annoyed when you upgrade your designs, it acts like its a new one, which really pees me off....is there a way to mod it in or is it possible to have it as a new feature???
