Just captured the Terra capital playing on Suicidal with the latest patch.

Earth is class 11
Civilization capital x1
Economic Capital x1
Techonological capital x1 on a 300% research bonus tile - as far as i understand it, you don't get that added to the capital bonus right? so he just wasted 300% research
starport x1
entertainment network x1
factory x6 with one factory placed on a 100% food bonus tile

It's just a total waste of everything.... Economical capital without population and economy buildings?
Tech capital wasting a research bonus tile and no other research centres?
all factories in a Tech/ econ planet?

This was prety early in the game, i got the jump on them militarily and went to town soon. Now i got a wasted planet with two wasted capitals (tech and econ). PS. I consider this quite a large AI bug so reporting it here
