Version 1.1 and the Collectors Edition

I have a question about the Collectors Edition (i own the german version if this is important)

After updating my game with patch 1.1 i´m not sure what file i must use to gain the extras.
There are two files, "Galactic Civilizations II Bonus Pack" and "Enable Collectors Edition Content only ", which one ist the right for me?

Version 1.1 includes the bonus pack. You will only need to use the "Enable Collectors Edition Content Only" one.

If you had collector's edition before upgrading to 1.1 you won't need to do the collector's edition content again. You should still see all the game content in the game.
