backing up the downloaded version

Hi Folx!

I purchased the downloadable version of GCII and I am wondering how to make an backup of it which is independent from the Stardock Central Program (SC). I just want the game itself, not the SC.

The goal is to have a backup which I can reinstall, after reinstalling windows for example, without having to install the SC.

Or is there a patch, utility or maybe a function of the SC which can make an ISO (or UDF, I don´t care) file of the game which I can then burn? Or something similiar

Or do I have to find a pirated version? Would seem silly to me
