Error When Registering Collector's Edition Serial Number

Please Help!

I have tried several times to register my Collector's Edition GalCiv II, but I keep getting an error message that it is not a valid serial number. I've checked to make sure there are no typos in my input. The serial number I am using is from the jewel case...... Please help!!

I just got a my collector edition yesterday and I have only one serial number that I used with sdcentral to get updates

I know it's a collector because I got the technology tree
anyway sdcentral automatically registered my game on stardock
and after that I was able to download the extra collectors stuff from here : https://www.galciv2.com/CollectorsEdition/
