I set a ship to auto-explore and it immediately proceeded to intersect a scout ship from another race.(My ship had attack ability). I got the pop-up window asking me whether I was sure I wanted to start a war. I clicked on No. The window closed and opened again. I kept clicking no a dozen times more. I could not prevent it. I finally clicked yes. So I started an 'accidental war'.
