Started a game on a small galaxy grabbed a couple of planets and noticed a economic resouce right on the edge of the map. Built a constructor and sent it over. It would not move onto the resource and create a starbase. On the turn that it would actually get to the resource to build the starbase it would just sit next to it.
Also, I am only about 30 turns or so in so far and have met 3 races. Terran, Torian and Altarian. Looking at the graphs and such and found that the Terran's military shot up all of the sudden and their military might reports as 651! I can't imagine they have that many ships already, but they have up to at least MiniBalls II tech. Does the military might take tech into account now?
