Approval Rating effects?

How does approval rating effect gameplay (population growth / government)?

I know at 100% approval you get a 2X bonus to population growth, and that under 30% will stop/decrease growth. Are there any effects in that grey zone between 31-99% approval?

How else does approval effect things? War during a democracy ect..

Yep, IIRC you get a 25% pop-bonus at 75% morale.
