Playing Beta 3 of 1.1. Had changed my govenment to Star Republic and attacked a star base, so the council convened to vote on it. The text of the proposal read: "...going to war with the %s". For some reason the string token was being displayed instead of the name of the civ that I was attacking. (which was the Drengin if it is important.)
