How do you turn off Minister Reports?

"The minister of trade has announced that the Yor Empire have built a Mfg capitol on planet blabla"

I absolutely dont care. I instantly hit the Close button whenever that window pops up before I even read it. Just to be clear, I'm not talking about the GNN reports. Does anyone know how to turn these messages off?

However, it may be nice to have that data somewhere in the F5 screen.

Think there's an option in the options menu that says something like "display window when special building completed". Hunt around for something like that, think its on the left side of the interface screen. Don't have the game available at the moment or I'd give more exact directions.

Yeah, thats the option. Turn it off, no more so and so built such and such
