I'm sorry if any of these have been reported before. There is so much traffic on this board that I didn't have time to get cought up. Anyway, here are a few itmes I've noticed.
#1) When I recieve a message that a planet has completed a project that opens up new land I usually use the 'Go To' button to add the building that I want. However if, on the same turn, a world decides to defect from their previous owner to my side then I get the planet that I wanted, then get the defection message, then, when I click on the tile I want to build on I switch to the defected planet. This might be OK except that the tiles that show up for the defected planet do not show any of the buildings they contain and if they do show a building it appears to be the wrong one (judging from the description that displays lower center whenever you click on an improvement.
#2) This may just be something that I've missed from the manual. When I am going through my list of completed items and completed ships I sometimes have one or more ships that still need to be moved. However I can't find an easy way to find out what. I may have a planet highlighted or just an empty galaxy sector but my 'Turn' button has not highlighted because I still have unmoved ships.
#3) I had advanced in tech levels and decided to upgrade a bunch of ships. When I pull up the ship list I notice that I can select a ship and upgrade it just fine, but then the list returns to the top. It becomes very tedious to remember the exact number of the ship by the time I have upgraded twenty or thirty or so. Also, when ships are stacked but not in a fleet I cant give them any orders to upgrade. I have to take them out of planetary orbit and then make sure that they are not stacked and then do the upgrades. Very tedious.
#4) The stacking issue in the above message is a porblem anywhere in the game. If you select a single ship from a stack you can not look at it's info screen or access any buttons to give it orders.
#5) There are some balancing issues with the game but I suspect you are working on those. I noticed as a player of GCI but not of CGII that if I played on 'Beginner' level (biggest universe) I always win, I am always in first place. If I up it to 'normal' level I am always in ninth place. Need some in-between room there.
I have run across other issues but I will post them later.
Thanks.
