GC2 Collectors Edition

Hey i just bought the game and when i try to register my serial code to download the update i get a server error message?
Server Error in '/' Application.
Operator is not valid for type 'DBNull' and type 'Integer'.

I have exactly the same problem, and Stardock wont allow me to use my serial to update there either. I emailed [email protected] but have no reply - that was 2 days ago.

I did notice on the serial numbers that there was both 0 (zero) and O ( the letter O) that was kinda of confusing.

I'm having this problem too and talked with T-Man on IRC and he says they should have a fix for this later today.

you cant put any dashes for example i put GC2-7bp..... when i put it in it didnt work so i tried it without the dashes and that worked and remember u have to have both the collectors and cd serial number
