Metaverse Login Problem

hi all, i have just join in this amazing comunity and my first step is ask help

i think there is a "bug" in the login system, dont worry nothing of serious, i have notice some character are allowed ("[" and "]" in my case) when you create a new account using the web form the system accept them but when i have try to connect on the metaverse the login screen of the game dont keep them (so i cant write correctly my info).

How can i fix? maybe a problem of local keyboard setting (im italian)?

Hmm, you shouldn't be able to use special characters.  Do you remember which page you created your account on?

But to remedy the problem you will need to change your nickname and remove the special characters.  Click on the My Account button above, go to the Personal Information Section to change your nickname.

hey everyone. I'm new to this metaverse thing. The biggest problem I got is I can't login to metaverse. My login info is all right and I tried creating another account 3 times and it still says wrong username and password. CAN ANYONE PLEASSSSSSSSSSE HELP ME?

Im getting the same thing username and passwork and i need to validateand i have doneit 5 times andit still said the same thing

I have a problem as well. I was able to create my character and it appears to accept my information but communicates that, "Posting to Metaverse failed, (7)would you like to try again?". any ideas would be extremely appreciated. My version hasnt been updated yet. (Dial up )
