When playing a round of 1.1 on radom everything I was left with a in a small galaxy. After alot of turns they did not make one ship.I did a scan of there planet and this is what I saw. Military<0 Social<0Reasearch<4
They did not make any social projects...and bioth there planets awhere like this.
