[1.1/CTD] Influence Crystals Event

I got a CTD when choosing the neutral path on the influencing crystals during the random event. Here's the Debug.err. (Note that I didn't have SmartException running at the time).

I was just able to reproduce the error. I think it's because I'm getting the +4 mining module on a moral resource SB, while having all morale boosting wonders. (Yeah I know, but taxes at this point are awesome)

Here's the crash info from SmartException, and the Savegame file. Unless you're a staffer, don't click the link(s); it's good for one download and then is deleted (it's gone in a week anyway).

To recreate the error reroute the constructor that is en route to the Economy Starbase at the top-left side to the Morale Waypoint. Once there, simply upgrade the mining and it'll crash.
