2 bugs i found

turn button and counts

I found i think two bugs.. one my turn button dissappeared and i coudl still itnereact with everything as if it was there.
Two when you go into a colony's menu.. it does not update the usage of the manufacturing points properly (it was showing 9 weeks to build a object i clicked focus on research and then showed 4)
