Typo

Hi,

I noticed this:
*DEBUG ERROR: ***Unable to find required tech Xeno Industrial Theory for TinyHull0. ***
*DEBUG ERROR: ***Unable to find required tech Xeno Industrial Theory for TinyHull0. ***
and after taking a look on the gc2types.xml I notices:
Tech_Requirement Xeno Industrial Theory /Tech_Requirement
but the tech is called:
Industry ID="XenoIndustrialTheory"

looks like there are some blanks where thy should not be.
