alt+tab = crash ??

I run a dual monitor on my system and every time i click on my other monitor GalCiv2 will minimize and when i return to the game all i see is a black screen that will eventually crash. Also happens if i alt+tab or hit the windows tab.

AMD X2 3800+ (dual core)
Geforce 6800GT (driver 81.98)
2GB Ram
