Collector's Edition content on download page

I see on the download page there's content for the CE and was wondering if I downloaded and installed it (since my game ia lready fully updated via Stardock) will that mess my game up? It seems a few things listed there are already in my game such as full screen tutorial support... but not sure about the rest.
