I am an old Gamer I have been playing computer games for over 25 years now ( Started on a Vic 20 ) and Gal Civ II is going to be one of the classics.
It has the same feel as civ did , open ended , allows the player to control the starting mechanics and is simply fun to play.
I especially like the tech tree as most games tend to fall down here by making it too short but this one seems to be fully fleshed out.
It is also heartening to see the patches coming both quickly and directly addressing any lingering issues and even making improvements as it is evolving into what I think will be one the games that I keep permanently in my computer.
