Planets Graphics Missing

Hello!
I have the problem that I don't see any planets graphics as known from other screenshots. Look at this picture to see, what I mean:



My machine is running with Win2k SP4, DirectX 9.0c. My video card is an GForce FX5600 running the newest driver (forceware 84.21).
Any ideas?

Can you post the contents of your Debug.err here? This should give us a better idea what the problme may be Thanks!

Isn't this the regional setting glitch? If you aren't already, try running windows in English.

Uuups - and YES it is the regional setting glitch. I didn't see the crazy characters so I thought it couldn't be this known bug. Very strange

I have changed my regional settings to USA (english) and I am still getting this error. Any help?

Edit: Lol, nevermind I have forgotten to restart my PC. Anubis is dumb. 8)
 By the way, not needing the cd is so awesome. I made my mate buy it as well.
