I was wondering about the U.P resolution that decides who will take possession of a newly formed habitable planet. The resolution has come up twice in my current game and both times at the U.P meeting the text is missing the name of the planet in question. The first time the vote was for me to take over the planet but afterwards I never got it!?!
It was early in the game and most of the galaxy was unexplored, did I not receive the planet because it lied in unexplored territory? Or is this resolution bugged?
