First off I'll try to explain my question as clear as I can.
I have 3 colonies, which gives me a total of 108 tp which I understand to cost me 108 bc at 100%? (so far so good)
When I set my Industrial Spending to 100% and my Military and Social Spending to 0% and my Researce Spending to 100% I am getting the Research Expense showing 114 bc? How is this the case? should it not be 108 bc? Is it due to some % bonus I receive from somewhere?
The next query (probably me not reading the manual correctly) What do the 3 main number values represent on the colony main screen, the one's along the top were you can click the bullseye icons to focus production? On Earth the summary says I have 52 tp, but when I set the colony to focus on research and have my Industrial Spending on 100% and Research on 100% the number shows as 63. Where does this total come from? What do the numbers represent?
Sorry if I sound like a noobie, I find the whole economic side of the game facinating and something to get your teeth into, more so in the gigantic galaxy mode! I just need to understand the hows and whys Its doing my head in trying to work it out. Prehaps the manual isn't as clear as it should be?
Kind Regards.
