Lawful/Chaotic Alignments

I think it'd be interesting to add the concept of Lawful vs. Chaotic alignments in a future expansion.
(Okay, so I'm a D&D geek).

Lawful alignments could get a bonus to their logistic ability, get more UP votes, and a diplomatic bonus.
Chaotic alignments could get a bonus to their miniaturization ability and ignore all UP laws without penalty.
